Follow Me Boy Oil

Follow Me Boy Oil

Is there a man you need to get the upper hand over?  A specific man you want in your life, but can’t quite seem to get his full attention? Or maybe a man that’s already in your life, but you fear he may be straying?

If so, then Follow Me Boy may be just what you need.

What is Follow Me Boy?

Follow Me Boy is a type of Hoodoo rootwork, or spell, which is where herbs and roots are prepared to bring about a magical result.  The specific roots and herbs used are based on hundreds of years of Hoodoo herb lore and tradition.  Different roots and herbs are added to bring about specific results.

In the case of Follow Me Boy, the result is control over a man.  It is not a general “bring me love” spell, nor is it meant to make you more attractive, or to bring about more passion in your love life.  There are other Hoodoo conjure oils for those intentions, so be sure you’re choosing the right tool for the job.

Follow Me Boy is intended to bring about domination over a man. You need to have a specific man in mind for it to work.

It can be combined with other rootwork to bring about multiple effects.

For instance, if you have a boyfriend but the spark has gone out of your sex life, and you fear he may be straying, you can use Follow Me Boy to bring him back under control combined with something like Cleopatra Oil to bring back fire to the bedroom.

Follow Me Boy denotes the intent of the rootwork, along with the recipe of roots and herbs used. It comes in many forms such as a dry powder that can be sprinkled, an oil that can used to anoint or to dress a candle, as pre-made Follow Me Boy candles where the herbs are already infused, or even as crystals that can be used in a bath.

How to Make Follow Me Boy

There is no one true recipe for Follow Me Boy, though historically the Hoodoo version always included orris root (also called Queen Elizabeth root) and calamus root. Different manufacturers will make their own proprietary blend.

Orris root is used in Follow Me Boy to attract a man.

Orris root is used in Hoodoo to attract a male lover.  While Follow Me Boy is used to attract and control a specific man, orris root by itself can be used to attract male attention in general. You can simply carry some of the root with you, or grind it up and put it into a love drawing bath.

Calamus root is used in Follow Me boy for control.

In Hoodoo, calamus root is used magically for control and domination of people or of situations (other magical traditions use it for healing and to increase the potency of spells).  It is often found in mojo bags intended to draw luck and love.

How to use Follow Me Boy

Since Follow Me Boy is used to attract and control a specific man, make sure you have him in your mind when using it.

As a Powder

Powdered rootwork can be easily carried and applied, making it a good form to use if you know you’ll come in contact with the man you have in mind.

  • Sprinkle a light dusting of Follow Me Boy powder on yourself before you see your lover.
  • Sprinkle some in his shoes, on his clothes, or on an item you know he’ll touch.
  • Add some to the contents of a letter you send to him.
  • Drop some in the four corners of a room you know you’ll meet in, and where you want to be in control of the situation.

In a Bath

Add a few drops of Follow Me Boy oil to a warm bath. By bathing in it, you’ll carry it’s scent and power with you wherever you go. As you bathe, remember to keep your man in your mind.

On a Candle

If you don’t have access to man to use Follow Me Boy on him, you can use it as an oil to do Hoodoo candle magic.

For this spell, use a red or pink candle.  Red is more for power and attraction, while pink is more for affection and love.  If in doubt, you can always use both.

Use Follow Me Boy with a red candle for more control

If you have a large enough candle, like a 7 day candle, carve your man’s name into the candle. If your candle is smaller and not thick enough to be carved, instead write your man’s name on a piece of paper. Fold the paper towards you three times and make it as flat as possible. Put the paper under the candle.

Dress the candle with Follow Me Boy oil. Four or 5 drops is all you need!

If you’re a Christian, as you light the candle, say a prayer or recite Psalm 23 (“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want…”)

If you’re not a Christian, ask the spirits of the herbs in Follow Me Boy for their aid.

In either case, keep the image of the man you want under your control fixed in your mind as vividly as you can imagine him.

Conclusion

If you need to remind your man what an attractive, appealing woman he has, or to keep him from wandering, Follow Me Boy is what you’re looking for.  It’s a traditional Hoodoo rootwork that’s been used for decades to keep men in line.
